Orders placed by 3 PM MDT Monday–Friday or 12 PM MDT on Saturdays will ship the same day. Orders placed after these cutoff times will ship the next business day. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy before checkout, as changes cannot be made once the order begins processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders include tracking numbers to keep you updated on your delivery status. You’ll receive a tracking link via email after your order ships. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. If there are no updates after 7 business days, contact us for assistance.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND OTHER FEES
For shipments to Canada, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Power Pro Genius cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking indicates your package was delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes to your address. Incorrect addresses cannot be retrieved or rerouted after the package has shipped.
