To initiate a return, email us at support@powerprogenius.com within 90 days of delivery to request a return authorization form. Returns without this form will not be processed.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
- Items must be in perfect or like-new condition.
Please ensure the item is in the same condition as received: packaging intact, no scratches or stains, unit clean, and all components (e.g., brush, cable, manual) included. Any failure to meet these conditions may result in a reduced or denied refund.
Once received, our warehouse will inspect the returned item. Refunds will be processed promptly if the item meets the return requirements. For damaged items, a support team member will contact you.
Consumable items may only be returned if unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Returned items with broken packaging or damage may result in a deduction from the refund.
