Every Power Pro Genius order includes a 60-day money-back guarantee.

  • The 60-day period begins 24 hours after delivery is confirmed by the carrier
  • Shipping time does not count toward the guarantee period

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, simply contact customer service within 60 days of confirmed delivery to request a refund. Approved refunds are processed promptly.

If selected, your order is protected against damage, loss, or theft during shipping transit. If your delivery is damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit, your order will be replaced at no additional cost in accordance with Journey’s coverage terms.


2-Year Extended Warranty Plan (Optional)

For $9.95 at checkout, customers may purchase an optional 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan, which extends coverage for up to 2 years from the delivery date.

This plan includes:

  • Coverage for manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use
  • Accidental damage protection
  • Free replacement for covered issues
  • Priority support with expedited handling

The plan does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable and non-refundable once shipped. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
