Power Pro Genius Return Policy – 60-Days Money-Back Guarantee

At Power Pro Genius, your satisfaction is our priority. We’re proud to offer a 60-days money-back guarantee from the date you receive your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’ll gladly process a return or exchange within this timeframe.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  1. The product must be in brand-new, unused/unworn condition and in its original packaging.
  2. Packaging must be intact and shipped back in an appropriate shipping container.
  3. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.
  4. You must contact customer service to obtain an RMA# before initiating the return process.
  5. Products returned without prior approval or outside the 60-days window may be rejected.

Important Notes:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Products returned damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Pest control products containing active ingredients: For safety reasons, these items cannot be returned.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to all eligible returns. Additional reconditioning charges may apply if the item requires extra processing.

Returning a Damaged or Defective Product:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide proof of the defect. We will issue a replacement free of charge upon confirmation.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Approved returns may be refunded or exchanged.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
